Appeal Description 

This appeal relates to the design and documentation of an accessway to a subdivision. The appellant was not advised that there were differences between the draft plan and the approved plan leading to increased costs.

Appeal Finding

This appeal was upheld. The panel did not agree with the Chair of the Investigating Committe and found that further investigation was required to establish whether the chartered professional engineer performed in an acceptable or negligent manner.
