This was an appeal against a decision not to renew the registration of the appellant as a Chartered Professional Engineer.

 

Appeal Finding

 The panel upheld the appeal, ruling that the appellant’s registration be renewed for a period of two years from the date of application. The decision was appealed to the District Court, by the Registration Authority.  That appeal was dismissed.
