Appeal Ruling #61: 14 December 2021

An Engineer appealed the decision of an Adjudicator to dismiss his complaint about another engineer.  The complaint had alleged misconduct on the part of the respondent in connection with fire engineering advice for a residential facility.  The panel found the appeal to be without merit, determined that there was no applicable ground of discipline and upheld the decision of the Adjudicator, dismissing the appeal.
