Ms A rasied a concern about Mr B's professionalism and conduct whilst providing engineering services. A chair of an Investigating Committee (CIC) dismissed the complain under rule 57(ba) on the basis the alleged misconduct was insufficiently grave to warrant further investigation. Ms A appealed the CIC decision on 7 grounds and sort Mr B he held accountable for his mistakes, unprofessional behaviour and lack of ethics and sought a formal apology and refund of the monies paid by Ms A to Mr B. The panel found 2 of the grounds were not proved; 4 had no merit and one ground fell outside CPEC jurisdiction. The panel dismissed the appeal.
