Appeal Ruling#72: 01 March 2023 Decision on Costs

In issuing Appeal Decision 02/22 the Panel indicated that if costs were sought, memoranda should be filed. No memorandum seeking costs was filed by the due date by either of the parties to the complaint. Accordingly, the decision of the Panel was that costs incurred by the parties and the RA respectively would lie where they fell.
