Appeal Ruling #82: 2 December 2024

The Appellant appealed a decision made by the Competency Assessment Board of the Registration Authority to decline their application for re-registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer in the practice field of geotechnical engineering.  The Appeal Panel found that none of the grounds for appeal were proven and appeal was dismissed.
