Appeal ruling #54 10 November 2020

The appeal relates to a dismissed complaint about an Engineers role in the design and site observation of a SED residential build. 

The panel found that whilst the Engineers correspondence content was lacking, he had met his obligations under his CPEng ethical obligations.
